i can't walk for more than maybe twenty minutes before my lower back starts hurting like crazy and this is (i think) mostly because of the unfortunate fact that i throw my hips forward when i walk/stand/run/anything of that nature.  By this i mean, my back is in a sort of loose "s" shape unless i'm sitting down (at which point it becomes more of a "C" shape.)  it's not scoliosis (i think that only counts if your back curves to the side, right?  mine curves like a normal back does i just have strange posture.)

but yeah i hate walking for this specific reason.  :/

it's probably because mum has drilled it into my head my entire life that i need to keep my back upright or i'll have bad posture later in life so i try to make up for slightly slumping my shoulders by throwing my hips out (?????)

this can't be good for me jfc

It could be lordosis, which is where there's a more exaggerated curve in the lower spine than there should be. Definitely get that checked by a doctor if it's causing that much of a problem.
